Joseph C. Uber, Sr., 72, of 306 Spring St., Emporium, PA died at Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport, PA on Wednesday (March 8, 2017) afternoon. He was born July 11, 1944 in Emporium, PA a son of the late John M. "Jack" and Lucy Baun Uber. He was married the late Sharon "Sherry" Uber. Joe was a lifelong resident of Emporium. He graduated from Emporium High School and was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge #368, Emporium. Survived by two sons, Joseph (Emily) Uber, Jr. and Patrick Uber both of Emporium; three granddaughters: Aubrey, Lauryn & Elena Uber, five brothers, Jack Uber, William "Danny" Uber, Charles Uber, Johnstown, PA; Robert Uber, Emporium; Howard Uber, Emporium; three sister, Ellie Haines, Genessee, PA; Lily Skillman, North Carolina; Kathy Uber, Roulette; He was preceded in death by his parents, John M. "Jack" and Lucy Baun Uber, Wife, Sharon "Sherry" Uber, sister, Judy Greenthaner, two brothers, Max and Anthony Uber. At his request there will be No Visitation or Service.
