Dale was a mild mannered man

Dale was a mild mannered man who cared deeply for his loved ones and individuals who earned his respect. His love for his wife Linda was matched only by his respect for her. He spoke with me many times about his children, always with the polite smile of a proud father across his face. His concern for his employees, his business, the community, and the school district he selflessly served was genuine, and he always gave careful thought about his impact on his employees and the lives of their families. I held Dale in the highest regard and am a better person for knowing him. I cherish his memory and the role he played in my life. The district has lost a huge asset. Kevin O'Donnell Superintendent
