Joseph C. Hagen

Joseph C. Hagen, 76, of 69 Huckleberry Circle, Emporium, PA died at Pinecrest Manor, St. Marys, PA Thursday morning. (November 23, 2017) He was born April 15, 1941 in Renovo, PA a son of the late Francis and Margaret Casey Hagen. In St. Joseph Church, Renovo he married Elizabeth Bruno Hagen, who survives Joe graduated from Renovo High School and served in the US Army. He worked for the Cameron County School District for many years. He was a member of the St. Mark Catholic Church, Emporium and the Knights of Columbus where he was a 4th degree knight. He was also a member of the Emporium Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to his wife he is survived by one niece; two nephews, two great nieces, two great nephews and a sister-in-law, Pat Hagen, Avis, PA; He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Francis Hagen. There will be No Visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be Celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Saturday (December16, 2017) at 10:00 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Hyner, PA Memorial Contributions may be made to the Emporium Volunteer Fire Department, 419 N. Broad St., Emporium, PA 15834 or to the Cameron County Ambulance Service, 299 E. Second St., Emporium, PA 15834
