Judith Raffaele Obituary

Judith I. Raffaele, 79, of 193 Carson Street, Emporium, PA died at her residence, Emporium, PA Thursday morning (March 7, 2019). She was born August 6, 1939 in St. Marys, PA a daughter of the late Junior and Gretchen Arnold Bailey. On June 22, 1985 in Emporium, PA she married the late James "Bo" Raffaele.

Judy graduated from Cameron County High School in the class of 1957. She retired from Motor Coil where she worked for many years. She had also worked at the Cabin Kitchen and the Guy and Mary Felt Manor. She also was a long time volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Judy loved attending her children and grandchildrens many sporting events. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Judy is survived by four sons, Michael Goss, Emporium; Tracy Scott (Shannon) Goss, Emporium; Dennis (Beth) Goss, Maryland; Mark Goss, Emporium; one daughter, Gretchen (Joseph) Fragale, Emporium; eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Pete "Dennis" (Connie) Petty, Eugene, OR and Rick Petty, Lock Haven, PA; two sisters, Debbie McDonough and Brenda Petty both of Emporium. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother, David "Randy" Petty.

There will be No Visitation. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Monday (March 11, 2019) at 10:00 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant.
