Betty M. Ellenberger, 82, of 423 Castle Garden Rd., Driftwood, PA died at DuBois Nursing Home, DuBois on Friday (June 7, 2013) morning.
She was born January 16, 1931 in Driftwood a daughter of the late Bert and Ruth Knisely Morton.
On May 8, 1948 in Castle Garden she married the late Rodney Ellenberger.
Mrs. Ellenberger lived her entire life in Driftwood. She had worked at Jeffers Electronics, Sylvania and then at Metal Wire in Driftwood. She was a member of the Down County Baptist Church and the Driftwood Senior Center. She enjoyed the outdoors.

Son: Gerald "Jerry" Ellenberger and his wife Hazel, Emporium
Daughter: Debra Johnson and her husband Wayne, Driftwood
Son: Gary Ellenberger and his wife Darlene, Emporium
4 Grandchildren: Doug, Missy, Jessica and Shawn and 2 Great Grandchildren Cameron and Aaron
Brother: Ronald Morton and his wife Patsy, Emporium

Parents: Bert and Ruth Knisely Morton
Husband: Rodney Ellenberger who died April 26, 2005
2 Brothers: Lawrence and Charles Morton
There will be No Visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Barnett Funeral Home 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium on Monday (June 10, 2013) at 3:00 PM with Pastor Chris Haas, Down County Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Gilmore Cemetery, Austin, PA
