She was born January 20, 1930 in Emporium, PA a daughter of the late James M. and Monica Spellenberg Parish.
She married the late Robert E. Zuback.
Mrs. Zuback graduated from Emporium High School. She was a very involved member of the Emporium Senior Center.

Funeral Service will be held at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium on Wednesday (January 23, 2013) at 2:00 PM with Rev. Joseph Short, Pastor, First United Methodist Church, officiating.
Visitation with Video Tribute will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3-5 PM.
Burial will be in the Newton Cemetery, Emporium.
