Deborah Stuart

Deborah Stuart, 65, of Emporium, PA passed away at Guy & Mary Felt Manor, Emporium, PA, on Friday morning (May 24, 2024). She was born January 27, 1959, in St. Marys, PA, a daughter of the late Jack and Ethel (Carlson) Stuart.

Deborah graduated from Cameron County High School in 1978. Known by those who loved her as Debbie or Aunt Deb, she dedicated her life to caring for others, raising her late best friend's three children as her own. She always had room for one more and loved spending time surrounded by friends and family.

She is survived by her children: Bradley Hause (Susan), Saint Marys; Eric Ward (Abbey), Mississippi; and Crystal Hause, Saint Marys; her granddaughters Myrha Hause and Natalie Ward; 6 brothers: Howard Stuart (Pam), Emporium; Jack Stuart (Sue), Idaho; Dwight Stuart (Linda), Emporium; Kenneth Stuart (Jamie), Emporium; George Stuart (Brenda), Emporium; Dennis (Patty) Peet, Texas; and many special nieces and nephews, both by blood and heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Helen Stuart and Peggy Stuart, and a brother, Mike Stuart.

There will be no Visitation. The Memorial Service will be held at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium, PA, on Tuesday (May 28, 2024) at 10:00 AM, with Rev. James Eastman officiating.

In lieu of flowers, a donation will be accepted to assist the family with final expenses.
