Gertrude A. Smith, 80, of 407 W. Allegany Ave., Emporium died at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport on Wednesday (June 1, 2011) afternoon.
She was born June 23, 1930 in Emporium a daughter of the late William H. and Virginia Woodring Gibbs. She married the late Martin H. Smith. Mrs. Smith graduated from Emporium High School. She retired from Cameron Manufacturing where she worked for many years. She enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren, especially Tasha & Trae.

Visitation will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 -1:00 PM. Burial will be in the Newton Cemetery, Emporium.
Funeral Service will be held at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium on Saturday (June 4, 2011) at 1:00 PM with Rev. James Eastman, Pastor of the Abundant Life Tabernacle, officiating.
