Jean A. Floyd

Jean A. Floyd, 85, of 107 Floyd Rd., Sinnemahoning, PA formerly of Glen Burney, MD & Renovo, PA died at Elk Regional Health Center, St. Marys, PA on Tuesday (January 8, 2013) morning.

She was born June 20, 1927 in Philadephia, PA a daughter of the late Irvin and Ethel Johnson Weaver.

She married Robert Floyd, who survives.

She and her husband were married over 64 years. Jean graduated from Renovo High School and then worked at Robert Hall Clothing Store for many years. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Renovo, PA. She enjoyed living in Sinnamahoning and watching the wildlife. Jean mostly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. 4th St., Emporium, PA on Friday, (January 11, 2013) from 3:00 -5:00 PM followed by the Funeral Service. The Rev. Chris Kindle, Pastor, First United Methodist Church, St. Marys, will officiate. Burial will be in the Floyd Family Cemetery, Sinnemahoning, PA
