Memorial Service, Mon. 12:00 Noon Kevin J. Brooks, 52, of 550 Meadow Rd., Emporium died at his residence on Sunday (January 26, 2014) morning.
He was born December 11, 1961 in Emporium, PA a son of the late Ottley and Dorothy Schmoker Brooks.
On December 8, 2009 in Coudersport he married Diana Bodnar Brooks, who survives.
Mr. Brooks graduated from Cameron County High School. He had worked at Olivett's Grocery Store for over 33 years and also was a paper carrier in Emporium for the Bradford Era delivering papers on his bicycle for over 10 years. Kevin had a kind heart, a gentle spirit and was a very reserved man. He loved his cats.

There will be No Visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service will be held at the Barnett Funeral Home 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium on Monday (February 3, 2014) at 12:00 PM with Rev. Jeremy Caskey, Pastor, Faith Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Keating Cemetery, Keating, PA
