Marlowe H. Haas

Marlowe H. Haas, 98, of Guy and Mary Felt Manor and formerly of Moore Hill Rd, Emporium, PA passed away at Guy & Mary Felt Manor, Emporium, PA on Tuesday morning (November 22, 2022). She was born February 1, 1924 in Bowmanstown, PA a daughter of the late J. Franklin "Frank" and Esther Haines Arner. On April 13, 1946 in Leather Corner Post, PA she married the late James W. Haas.

Mrs. Haas graduated from St. Lukes School of Nursing in Bethlehem, PA in the class of 1944. She was a member of the NRA and the Republican National Committee. She is survived by a son, Nelson Haas (Rose), Emporium; daughter-in-law Janet Haas; five grandchildren: Christopher, Rachel, Matthew, Rebecca and Seth, seven great grandchildren: Anna, Jed, Katrina, Nicholas, Brianna, Warren and Roselyn.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marlowe was preceded in death by a son, Leslie J. Haas and a sister, Marian Jones.

There will be No Visitation. Sevice and burial will be held privately with the family.
