Funeral: Monday at 1 PM. Nellie E. Dixon, 90, of 283 Tannery Heights, Emporium, PA
died at Elk Regional Health Center, St. Marys, PA on Wednesday morning. (November 27, 2013)
She was born February 22, 1923 in Big Run, PA a daughter of the late Robert E. and Fannie Knarr Long.
On July 3, 1948 in Falls Creek she married George Dixon, who survives.
Mrs. Dixon enjoyed making crafts, fishing, hunting and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Monday (December 2, 2013) at 1:00 PM with Pastor Chris Haas, Down County Baptist Church, officiating.
Visitation will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Moday from 12 Noon -1:00 PM.
Burial will be in the Newton Cemetery, Emporium.
