Phyllis L. Moscato, 69, of New Street, Emporium, PA passed away at Elk Haven Nursing Home, St. Marys, PA on Sunday morning (April 24, 2022) following 25 years of battling multiple strokes. She was born November 8, 1952 in St. Marys, PA a daughter of the late George S. and Faye Jewart Agliardo. On August 3, 1969 in DuBois, PA she married William Moscato, who survives and together they shared 52 years together.
Phyllis enjoyed yard sales, was an avid reader and loved working at the haunted house on Halloween. She was employed at the Old Candy Factory, Keystone Automatic and Dollar General.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Michael Moscato, and Paul Moscato a daughter, Lori Moscato, all of Emporium; half-brother, Christopher Stuckey, Austin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Leona "Kaye" Jones and a brother, James Agliardo.
There will be no visitation. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, Emporium, PA.
