Robert J. Williams

Robert J. Williams, 86, formerly of Emporium, PA passed away at the Kane Lutheran Home on Saturday morning, June 18, 2022. He was born October 17, 1935 in Clearfield, PA, a son of Robert F. and Jeanne Virginia Demi Williams.

Bob graduated from the Emporium High School in the class of 1954. He served in the US Marines for three years, during the Korean Conflict from which he was honorably discharged. He enjoyed hunting, trapping, fishing and being outdoors. He collected Indian arrowheads which he found throughout Cameron County and had acquired a huge collection. He loved his many nieces and nephews and was often seen riding his bicycle in downtown Emporium.

He is survived by sister, Virginia (Ginger) Horning, Emporium; sister-in-law, Leah Williams, Emporium; nieces and nephews: Bob, Vicki (Platt), Scott, Kenny and Donald Horning, Barbara Ryan, Susan Delucia, Sandy Williams and Andy Williams.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Donald F. Williams.

There will be no visitation, Private graveside services and burial will be held at Saint Marks Catholic Cemetery, Emporium PA.
