She was born April 12, 1974 in Coudersport, PA a daughter of Jacqueline Watson Bailey, Emporium, PA and the late John T. Clark.
Shelia mostly enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed Bingo, attending fairs, camping and riding in the woods.
